I dont have any hood pins. I’ve done 3 track days with it, speeds up to 130mph.. i do hit “certain” speeds on the freeway, too... the hood has been solid.
I’ve seen 1 person on FB or IG with hood pins on their Varis hood.

* Does it dissipate heat more than OEM hood? — I have no technical data & dont intend to do so... BUT, when im at a stoplight, i see the steam & heat coming out of the Varis vent/opening, something the OEM hood doesnt do “as good”.

Regular, non-R Compound tires - 275/35/18 will NOT rub on stock height; it will NOT rub even on Eibach ProKit; it WILL rub on the front liner on nasty bumps with Sportlines with rear camber arms (prolly Swift, too) — i can only vouch for...
