@Hondata I recently ordered a Flashpro unit for my 2020 & was issued a refund as I was told jailbreaking was completely unavailable at the moment? Would you mind confirming or denying whether I can physically mail my ECU to your location & have it jailbroken? I understand that remote jailbreak...
Hey all!
I'm a bit late posting photos, but I finally received my CW on 5/4/20 after a pretty lengthy wait.
I could post boring stock photos, but instead decided to hand it off to my tint & vinyl guy this morning & let him go crazy.

I'll post some better photos once I get a chance...
I should be receiving my CW today/tomorrow, so we should start seeing each other around! I'm typically up & down 70BUS & also park right alongside it during the day (right after the bypass) so I'm sure we'll run into each other sooner or later.
Would also love to see you come out to the C&C...
Just received a solid date from my dealership - I was told that my 2020 would be arriving between April 7th - April 11th.
Super excited, will definitely flood this thread with pics upon arrival!
Completely agreed. I was 19 at the time of purchase with 1 year of driving experience, so it's pretty easy to understand why I was being charged that much.
Thankfully I've got enough sense in me to NOT drive the car to it's limits. Never had any incidents (thank god) that would've made me a...
Just got a quote through Progressive yesterday & I'm right at $138/month. I'm 21 & got my license at 18, so that's maybe a bit higher than what someone with some more driving history would be paying.
For some perspective, on my last CTR I was paying ~$335/month :banghead:
Hope this helps!
I've secured a 2020 in CW at MSRP that should be arriving within the month! Took ~8-10 phone calls to dealerships in my area (Eastern NC) & all but 1 dealership was committed to selling at MSRP.
I received my VIN 2 days ago & was told that it's currently on the way here as we speak.
Insurance...
Could've been me! It was Silverstone, OEM AP1 rims but had a Voltex front end on it. She's gone now to make room for the new baby.
For sure! I'll try to send a reminder if MY forgetful ass somehow remembers lmao. Looking forward to hopefully seeing you out there!
Hey All! Checking back into this thread (AND forum) after a decent hiatus, sold my Rallye Red '17 & moved into an AP1 for the past year.
I just ordered a 2020 CW CTR & will be joining the family once again! Should take delivery late March, early April.
I'm still located in Clayton, looking...
Hey John! I saw you at the previous C&C in Clayton - I've sold my CTR & picked up an S2000. I'll definitely have to say hello the next time I'm up there, I live right up the hill near Lionsgate so I should be at the next one for sure.
My CTR has a resonator delete along with a PRL 3" catless downpipe. Makes for a pretty raspy but good sounding exhaust note. Only downside is that there can be a a decent amount of drone if you're on a long stretch of highway - Nothing unbearable though.
I'm 5'8" ~160lbs, & recently drove my CTR from Central NC to Orlando FL (~1,000 miles round-trip) almost exclusively in +R mode.

Few things I have learned:
The seats can really begin to chip away at your lower back after about 3+ consecutive hours
Highway drone can get a bit overwhelming...
For those interested in what insurance looks like for a 19 year old purchasing a CTR..
I currently pay $340/month for full comp/collision - $500 deductible.
I was forced to shop around for weeks, because I struggled to get quoted anything lower than $750/month
