I keep mine clean with a variety of either dry or damp microfiber towels, air hose, and a shop vac. I find it you're proactive with cleaning it, it truly never needs an actual wash from a hose.
Does anyone know the factory camber values for the sedan? My tires are at 33k miles and the inner is significantly more worn that the outside. I had tire rotations and oil changes done at the dealership up until know (because they were free with my purchase of the car). But know that I'm doing...
I'd highly recommend you trying to pay extra whenever possible; if that's something your loan allows...... This will reduce the total length of the loan and thus reduce your total amount of interest paid if you pay of the loan before the full 72 months. But definitely refinance ASAP as well!
That's the exact sound!
What other issues are you having? I'm waiting to take mine in for when it needs it regular service in order to avoid multiple trips to the dealership.
That's what i thought and dreaded it being. I'm hoping it's something simple as a bolt needing torqued to the proper spec. However if it's a worn spring or strut (only 18k miles on the car) I am going to insist replacing those parts on all 4.....
I've recently been experiencing a few sound related issues and am trying to get as much info a possible before going to the dealership.
1) Creaking noise when turning at low speeds (backing/pulling in to driveway/parking spot).
2) Clunking of front suspension over bumps, low speed turns, and...
I've been having this same issue for a few weeks now. It was first only on the front driver's side but not sounds like it's on the front passenger too.
I hear the clunk when going over a bump, uneven road, or when turning and the car shifts weight some. So this appears to be an issue with the...
I had to replace a windshield on another car. Safelite was great! It was right over $250 total. If it had been more I would have used insurance, but since my deductible was $250 I didn't want to both with the insurance hassle.
Yeah it's not as effective as a traditional TPMS setup with the actual pressure sensors. However, I check my air pressure on occasion out of habit (takes 2 minutes) when the seasons change or montly; whichever comes first. I trust myself over any on-board system too.
I took mine into the dealership for them to check the "whine" noise my care made from 2,500 to 4,000 rpm. It checked out as normal. Technician at the dealership drove mine and 2 other Civics on the lot and heard the same noise. We just have a noisy compressor....
I probably never noticed it...
By the look of it, I would assume HFP package. They have other Si listing with around around the $24k MRSP.
Even with HFP, that's a bit high in my opinion. I would say $27k max for an MRSP price plus HFP package.
I just recently started hearing a similar noise with gears 1, 2, and 3 as the temperatures have cooled off here. Happens around 2500-4000 rpm when I apply throttle gradually. If I have the heat running I hear it but if I turn off the climate control system the noise immediately stops and I...
I think you're safe with the red H. Now, if you put a blue one on there that would be crossing the line. Blue and silver is 100% the official colors of Lancia. Oh wait, Subaru is blue and silver too. Darn...
