If you really want to run the 19's just run 255 35 19 and you will be just fine! I was also lowered on H&R springs and no rubbing unless I hit a really terrible dip. These were 19x9.5 +40 Superspeed Rf05rr with a 3mm spacer on 255 35 19 Firehawk Indy 500's I have since switched to 18x9.5 +38...
