2 for $120. Nothing wrong with them, just disposing since I recently purchased a 2020 Type R shift knob. Willing to ship at buyer's expense, but local meet up is preferred. Located in Southern California.
Please see pics for reference.
My wheel specs are 9.5" +45. It's almost flush with the RS-Pro.
10.5" is quite wide. It may rub. Unless you're going with a different brand of R compound tires.
Even if it fits, it will poke.
Correct on the first statement.
As far as anti-seize is concerned, you can always get aluminum ones to avoid or at least minimize the hub rings sticking to the center bore. But it's still ok to use anti-seize.

Federals do run wider compared to other summer tires.
Attached is a comparison between a Firehawk Indy 500 and Federal RS-PRO, both 265/35/18.
Also, you can't just mount them on any 18x9.5" wheel as it may still rub (if lowered). You have to be aware of the offset.
I've only had the set installed for about a week and since I don't daily the car, I really cannot tell how they'll perform on the track.
Longest commute so far is about 15 miles of freeway driving. They're not really loud, it's more like a constant "humming" sound.
Coming from Firehawks, these...
Unless you drive with two fingers, I'm not sure if torque steer can be felt when downsizing the wheels and tires.
If I may suggest, find another R in your area with downsized aftermarket wheels and see if the owner will let you drive it. Observe if you can feel any torque steer.
