    I think the dealership screwed up on mine...going back this afternoon. The gears seem to hang and the indicator on the dash that tells you what gear you are on is now missing.

    Not sure if you financed or not but American Honda paid for my rental....they even called to set up the recall appointment.

    I took mine in yesterday morning and it is still there...the service tech called and told me it was their first and the Foreman was working on it himself but it was more complicating than they expected.

    The dealerships in Houston are all a rip off when it comes to the type-r. I drove out to Conroe to get mine...you might give them a try and see if they have any more coming in. Good luck

    Thanks for the heads up....I just called them and they mentioned they would prefer to sell local and that they currently have a standing offer. The sales rep I spoke to told me he would check and see if they would sell to me if I put down a deposit
