    I'm gonna go with the oval lower profile one.. was looking at the section of pipe right before the exhaust goes into the mufflers.. if dont work then use muffler clamps to reattach and return the cut outs.   9. Have ya'll changed your CTR transmission oil?

    Just changed my transmission fluid finally with the amsoil synchromesh! Damn its slick and crisp like new! I'm at 27,500 miles on my CTR. Dont wait as long as I did. My mechanic said he noticed the old fluid had lost some of its slickness and or viscosity. Thank you guys for all yalls feedback...

    What's up all. I've been following this thread for awhile.. I appreciate all the info and experiences everyone has posted. Personally I think I've come to a decision in regards to the only issue I've ever really had which is our CTR is just to quiet with stock exhaust. I count it a huge blessing...

    Yes one of my homies just pointed to QTP cutouts he runs it on his CTS -V.. looks to be better Built and sturdier actuator motor for the valve that controls the flap.

    I see.. I'm fortunate Htown, Texas dont get to cold and haven't been hitting it too hard. Lol but do notice it's not shifting as slick as it did.

    I'm running PRL front pipe, catted downpipe and intercooler, ptp turbo blanket, and hondata with stock exhaust. PRL hi flow intake on the way.. its louder but sounds awesome at 4500 rpm .. it's still too quiet and that's my only complaint with our CTR. Im kinda wishing I went with a catless...
