Same as regular cams but typically with a little bit more overlap between the intake and exhaust lobes. It's a bit of a lengthy explanation. You would be better served googling the term and reading the plethora of articles regarding it.
Those @RunBC part numbers are incorrect. Their website sucks and is outdated.
The connecting rods for our motor are BC6007. I just dropped off my cylinder head yesterday for R&D of Valves and Valvetrain kit (springs and retainers).

Nah, barely got the car back from wrap a few days ago. Too busy dialing in the widebody in time for SPOCOM: Anaheim. I'll be installing the rods, pistons and turbo at the same time.

There isn't a one stop shop to look at all wheels. If you want to look at wheels geared for the tuner crowd, go pick up an issue of super street or DSport and check out the ads in there.
