I work at a dealer and I'm hopefully selling one at MSRP Saturday. We were marking them up. It's flipped back and forth.

You can back out you haven't taken delivery of it yet. The repair won't show up on the carfax. I would check on the car personally.

If you can afford an almost 40k car you should be able to handle tires... Its not like they are that expensive. Put 18s on it if you really can't handle 10k tires.

Might as well keep the warranties, If you cancel them the payment will stay the same since it is refunded back to the bank and not you. Plus since it is Honda care you technically can't over pay. Honda sets a cap on them.

We are selling ours at MSRP at Honda of Spring. I don't know who relayed the information.
