The other day all dash lights came on but the car drives drove fine and they went away after a short drive and it got me thinking if the battery is on its way out (7 years and 105km). As I research this thread, I had a tough time deciding which size to get so I am going to chime in with my...
Can't believe I have owned this car for 5 years. I was debating on selling it but given the current market and how little mileages it has, decided to keep it and give it some updates. Ktuned, lowered with Eibach Pro Kit, blacked out side markers, red stripes on the body kit and some new shoes...
I just pryed out the ambient sensor and wrapped some foam tape around it. I am excited to test it out tomorrow to see if that eliminates the rattle that has been driving me nuts for the past two years.
No problem! Here is the link. It's in Chinese though and you will probably need someone who can help you order from China. It ended up being around $12 CAD after conversion.
Finally installed some plug and play foot well lights (the one that plugs into the 6 pin connector and comes on and off with map lights). My friend got it for me from Taobao and the install was pretty easy. Fishing the passenger side wire took some effort but came out quite nice. I went for the...
I also had a hard time pulling the bulbs the first time so I tried two methods and both worked well for me. First way was to put a little bit of 3M double sided tape on the bulb to increase grip and I managed to pull the bulb out. The other way was to wrap the bulb with masking tape with some...
Originally purchased from Taobao (similar to aliexpress). They are brand new and come with 3M double sided tape. I took the risk to see if they would fit on my hatch and the front one fits but not the rear hence I am selling them. I think they are for the sedan as the Chinese market does not...
I have been debating between MGP and paint and finally decided to buy a set since it was discounted on Amazon. Definitely happy with the purchase and no need to worry about repainting again.
I have findway mats since day one and they are still in great shape after 26000km. I washed them two weeks ago with just water and a little bit of scrubbing and they look brand new. I was a weathertech user but I just didn't like how they always looked dirty no matter how hard I cleaned them so...
Got these Mugen style visor at a local shop a while ago and finally installed them after a wash. It's been way too cold in Toronto to do anything. No rubbing at all and the fitment is good (needed to play around with positioning it). $100 CDN is pretty good and the material is solid.
Thanks! I totally had that experience before on another forum. I purchased them from a local tire shop. I've purchased some TE37 reps from them before and they were good so I went back to get these.
