No they are adjustable, just have to play with it, i have atleast an inch to 1/2 inch clearance on the bumper
I just received mine and installed it. took awhile to get both exhaust tips to match lmfao but i am kinda afraid the tips will fall off down the road. Any tips? i did tighten it really tight.

I've had them on about 1k miles, they're not even fully inserted all the way back, but the screws are tightened pretty good, they don't even wiggle if I move them by hand.. That's how tight they are lol. Make sure the nut is all the way screwed in.

Did you cut the pipe?
Nope. Just used some high heat permatex on the threads and torqued the bolts down. It's secure, and it's pretty much flush with lower edge of the bumper, which is what I was after. No clearance issues either.

I would think that if you obstruct the exhaust you could create too much back pressure.. it's gotta be careful

What do you think of these? These r the ones with the holes BUT I installed them upside down :) they fit much better and look much better this way too. The lower lip of the tip is a little longer than the top which makes it look even better this way. If installed the other way around they were just looking too odd and had a too much downward curve

Not bad, my only concern is if exhaust goes up thru the hole?
