I continue to be intrigued by what can be done with these new coatings. That price you mentioned is way below what a high quality repaint would cost. I’m strongly considering it but will probably wait a few more years to see how Autoflex holds up and what new colors they may offer. The color you choose somewhat reminds me of what Ford used on their limited production SVT Mustang Cobra in the mid 1990’s. That color was called Mystic. It had some tones that were similar to yours but its purple was darker and not as pronounced. Thanks for being an early adopter of the product.
Lol...I was trying to remember I had 96 SVT Cobra for 10years mine was white but I couldn't remember when I ordered it the dealer gave me the option of Mystic which I declined but in retrospect wish I didn't, saw many on the road and they actually did change color depending on the light haha

The colors are truly endless, as @skittles said.

The "color" layer is a clear material. You can add tints for a flat color, or metallic flakes, or candy pearls, or color flip pearls, or glow in the dark pearls, or heat reactive pearls, or you can mix pearls, or.... :-D

What I'd like to do is choose a stock factory color from a different car manufacturer that wasn't offered on the make and model that I want to re-color. When the time comes I'll ask the closest authorized Autoflex installer if they can color match a factory paint code.

I didn't know if could use on calipers
People do dip calipers... I personally wouldn't. You could get a caliper clear coat and mix the pearl in to that. You would need a spray gun or a Preval sprayer at least.

I was more making a joke to use a green/blue flip since you can't decide.

This is 100% something that I would not do to my personal car...but it looks so good... Love the colours here... I would've gone away from the orange-ish tones and leaned more to the green side... I love seeing blues, purples, greens, reds... The rust colour is what I'm not really liking here... But I'm sure the pics don't do it any justice lol...
