2016 Civic Maintenance Package & bumper to bumper warranty?

I am picking up my Red Touring tomorrow. Dealer just sent me a pick of them unloading from the delivery truck. I wanted to know if anyone has information on a Maintenance Package (oil changes, tire balance, rotation, brakes-rotors-pads, wipers...). Has anyone seen a pricing package for this or been offered any plan?

What is the bumper to bumper warranty on this 2016 Civic, 3 years-36,000 miles?

The 2016 Civic warranty is 3 years / 36,000 miles basic, and 5 years / 60,000 miles powertrain.

They usually have different levels, depending on what you want covered, such as bronze, silver, gold, platinum, etc!

Sure, some dealers will do what it takes to earn your business within reason!

You would have to make sure they are not trying to charge you for it though!

Not sure about Honda, but I've learned over the years you don't have to buy the warranty at the same dealer where you buy the car. You can shop around and negotiate prices dealer to dealer. Too bad true car can't help you with that.

That's usually the case. These are warranty extensions that any dealer should be able to sell you. Easiest way to price shop is just call or email lots of dealers. Doesn't even have to be within your state.

I purchased a 7 year / 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty.

I was offered a 7 year, 75,000 warranty. I asked them to bump it to a 100k. Paid $1800 for it

Wow you'll sleep sound for a long time! So you plan to keep the car long term then?

Anyone know if the entire warranty term (including the extended portion) is transferable if you sell the car to another private party?
