So I just received my R1 Concepts rotors and pads that I ordered last week, but one of them looks like there is a crack in the rotor hat, but the crack doesn’t go all the way through (picture included). Should I try to get a replacement?

I'd absolutely get it replaced. A preexisting flaw on an metal item that's going to expand and contract constantly from heating up and cooling down is likely going to get bigger until it goes straight through.

That aside... you bought something new. It should be near-perfect. Give them a chance to make it right by you. I'd expect they'll mail you another if you provide them a picture of the defect.

Just sent them an email with the image attached. I'll see what they say in a day or two. Thanks guys.

UPDATE: To my surprise, they responded within an hour asking for the part number.

Well, I got my replacement today, but I gave them the wrong part number therefore I got the wrong 'replacement'. The part number is 'engraved' on the edge of the rotor (looks more like it was scratched on with a nail by a 1st grader). This made it difficult to read, and I thought it said 604-59063 but apparently it said 604-59068. They just HAD to use the number 3 for front and 8 for rear... the two of the most visually similar numbers...

Hopefully they agree to send me the correct one if I pay the $50 to ship this 18lb hunk of metal back to the opposite side of the country...
