Whatever you do juggling all your proposed products, I hope you address with better flange fasteners for the Tower Bar when it is released..

I have been holding out, since all the existing one piece bar using existing OEM fastener has thread below the top on the fasteners. Which is undesirable and a violation to the existing fastener engagement standard.

What sold me on your exhaust was the use of step nuts.

Care to elaborate on "... violation to the existing fastener engagement standard..."?

I've been building cars my entire life and I've never heard this phrase before.

Standard is:- after fastener is torqued to spec., there should have thread protrusion above top of fastened nut - in order to satisfied safety margin, having total thread engagement, enabling proper total stretch of mating interface of fasten components.

I am/was referring to a few member using a one piece brace from another brand, after torqued, thread is well below OEM flange nut.

However, earlier picture on this thread shown the pre-production 27WON model has ideal thread protrusion.

I am happily retired and not gonna elaborate what my past life was.

No offense - I'm not interested in your past life.

I was asking for elaboration on the technical term you used, which I had never heard before.

However, you did provide a pretty good explanation, and I thank you for that! Cheers!

I don't know, not to sound rude to him or anything but it just kinda sounded like a lot of words to simply say "the threads on a different STB don't fully engage on the nut which raises some safety and mechanical integrity concerns"

Question:
The "Bar" alone is not beneficial without improving the suspension and/or springs or both correct?

No, a FSB helps to reduce body roll and makes the car more rigid. However, the CTR already has a rigid chassis so there's little to gain by adding a FSB. It's still better (a little) than not having one.

Any update on release date for this FSTB? I'm assuming it work on the Si as well as the CTR, right? I only ask as I've seen some CTR folks commenting in here.

Working on some beta testing right now. No major updates just putting miles on the bars to make sure they handle the loads and stress.

Our unique design will allow us to run on any 10th gen Civic.
