Civic 1.5 turbo

My friend have an 1.5 turbo.
Even tho the car is on full work temp. Gauge show Normal temp. The heater is not blowing any heat, just cold air.

Any ideas?

May be evaporator issue or coolant is not circulating into evaporator.

Nothing to do with the evaporator, you must be talking about the heater core.
I would check the connections on the Climate Control Unit,

Before ripping the car apart, I’d hope the coolant just isn’t really low... will affect amount of heat output to the interior.

You bet, this is the first thing to check

Check that your heater hoses are hot on the thermostat housing
Item"C" in the picture

Car is warm,
But the air is cold as fxxk. Nothing happends when we put on high heat, still cold air coming true the vents.

all connectors behind the glowbox is connected and everything looks fine there.
And all fuses as well

I would disconnect the battery and reboot, everything is controlled with software now. It doesn't cost anything to try.

Something is wrong with the airflow controls. The control should be pushing a mix flap to let warm air through or cold air depending on what you select but it sounds like it's not doing anything. Reset battery and/or pull the climate control and reconnect it to see if that does anything or if there is a loose wire on the back of it.
