Honda Type R 2019 FK8 Maintenance

Hello guys,
I have done 8000 KM on my Type R, now there is a maintenance light on says "A".
I talked to the official dealership and they said that "A" means : replacing only oil!! Without filter... And "B": replacing oil and filter.
My question is : whats the point in replacing only oil without oil filter? Can I replace them both right away?
Also what oil do you use?
Can I use Motul 5w30? Or I have to use Honda 2.0 oil?

Replace the oil filter, Motul 5w30 is fine.

Idc what maintenance says. Oil and filter at the same time.

Isn't the oil 0W20?? not 5w30...

I see that in other markets if 0w20 is not available Honda recommends 5w30.

Regardless, I would change the filter every time. Its $6....
