morning everyone, had my winters installed at a local tire shop and looks like they crossed threaded 2 of my studs. Looking to replaced, called my local dealer they want $48.00 CAD per stud, seems extremely high for wheel studs. So I went looking online and found a few different sizes and want confirmation of what size I need.

As well I noticed honda was super nice and did not give us a hole to remove the old studs and install the new ones so I need to remove the wheel hub, I don't have any sockets big enough but I will get one from Princess Auto... anybody know what size it is?

thanks !

found this on rock auto,
why is there 2 different sizes?

I am assuming mine is the 36 mm as my biggest socket is 22mm and it doesn't fit

You have to choose the right vehicle:

I don't think your reading my question.

I got the lug nuts not big deal there

I am looking for the big nut that holds on the wheel hub

Please take a look at my screenshot and you will see the different sizes.

Too many mechanic use air ( or electric ) impact tool and they damage thread.
I alway ask mechanic to use manual torque wrench with my wheels bolts and torque to 80 lbs

I do not believe it is cross thread but rather tighten too hard and the threads are damaged.
Experiences on multiple cars before I demanded that it be hand tight with torque wrench
