Can anyone identify this sound??

I have a k&n intake and borla cat-back installed and a couple months ago I tuned my car with hondata running +6psi tune... there is this whistle/whine sound that comes on after 5,000 rpm... is it normal or what do you guys think?

I'm assuming that it just started happening after the mods were installed?

It happened after the tune was installed, with the intake and exhaust it never happened
