I’m running AWE exhaust with the Eibach Prokit and I’m not sure how I’d ever scrape the exhaust outside of some extreme angled entrances. Highly unlikely in normal to even aggressive conditions.
sick thats the exhaust i want and springs i want some day! so thats good you dont have issues

@Mr.Apex great write up!

Feel free to add H&R Springs because I had them on for over a year on my Si without any faults or issues. H&R themselves didn't test on an Si hence they don't list as compatible but several locals have these on both Sedan and Coupe Si and non-Si variants.

H&R Sport Springs
2016-2020 Honda Civic
PART# H&R 51892
Approximate Front Lowering of 1.25 Inches
Approximate Rear Lowering of 1.0 Inch

Thanks! Yes indeed, 18x8.5 ET35 with the stock tires at the time. Also had the Freeforms in the same size on the springs with 245/35ZR18 Conti ECS, before I switched over to K-Tuned Coilovers.

Some feedback on swift springs.

My car is a daily, but I like to track and upset higher end cars. Swift is the stiffest you can go before you go coilovers. But my logic is keep it simple, pretty sure the r&d that went into the suspension on the Si is better than any coilovers at $1k. If olins or Kw made some then I'd opt for that granted I had the 3k they would cost.

Daily driving is fine. Its comfortable enough I dont remember is stock feels much better. Cars not too low so I don't bottom the car out or scrape bumpers bad. Sports mode on you can feel the difference but it's nothing dramatic.

Track driving they hold up really well. Car had hardly any sway or body roll. Thet are predictable and I know when the car wants to break loose on bumps. They keep the car nicely planted. People are surprised I'm only on springs often.

My opinion is they are the best performing spring since I've ran other Si with more power but they couldn't hold up at full speed with me. Most were running D2 or eibach. If you want low then go d2. Everything else is just in the middle to me.
