I woke this morning to a bad battery. I had it jumped and went straight to AutoZone. They replaced my battery and I went on my way to work.

The only problem is, the infotainment/radio system wasn't working. It gives me this message (photo attached). I would press and hold the power/audio button (first button from the top) and nothing happens. After a couple of minutes, the screen goes black and flickers between black and grey every 2 seconds or so.

The lane watch camera and back up camera works but will still flicker in and out.

What can I do? please help1

The message that you are seeing is NORMAL, if the battery has been removed, and then re-connected. ( It's what a THIEF would see if they stole your radio, and tried to install it in another car)

Normally, you can either follow the instructions on the screen, or just drive about for a little, and it should detect that the radio is in the correct car (correct Vin #), and the start working again as usual.
Sometimes you may get screen that asks you to enter the radio Code # .. if it cannot read the correct Vin# from somewhere else in the Car ... but you are not even getting that

In your case however, pressing the POWER button is not getting you past the "anti-theift" screen correctly , and you also have the unexpected Black/Gray flashing.

" I had it jumped and went straight to AutoZone" = RED FLAG

I wonder if the JUMP or something Autozone did when testing the battery, ended up damaging the radio in any way :(

Hopefully, after driving around for some time, it may rest by itself and work !!

Yikes.

We must know... any mods or aftermarket stuff?

And we're assuming that everything was sweetness and light before the no-start incident?

Some folks have found satisfaction by removing the radio fuse for a few and (hard) rebooting the thing. It's under the hood, IIRC. It's the first and most convenient thing to try, IMO.

Also... just for fun... snap a photo of the new battery and the terminal connections. And make sure they are snug.

Battery connection mus be ok if the OP can start the car .. also the Radio is starting up and displaying the security screen.

The AUDIO button does look well used (from the Photo)

What is not 100% clear from the OP's 1st post, is if, after the security screen comes up, pressing the Audio button (once), consistently removes the security screen, and if so, exactly what is seen next.

If you cannot easily locate the Radio Fuse, try disconnecting the battery with the car OFF, and then reconnect after say 1/2 hour

If it still does not work, then maybe its time to consider that the radio has got "FRIED"

FYI
FRIED seems to be a Honda Service Technician "Technical term" - often used when they don't have a clue what is wrong

*PROBLEM SOLVED*

I took the battery terminals off and waited for 10 seconds to reconnect the battery. Started the car and started the whole process again and it worked!!
