problem with ktuner

I bought ktuner v1 for my Civic 1.5 fk7 a month ago. When I loaded the 18 psi map I saw many parameters like accelerator, turbo, Rev hang etc.

Today I tried to load the 21psi but I no longer see all the possible settings. Why?

I tried to use 5ane3x mt beta and I see all the calibrations but the start and stop light remains on after loading the map.

Yes, I have received your e-mails and I am honestly sorry that there is no solution to my problem for two reasons:
a) here in Europe, other start and stop civics do not have my problem;
b) if I buy an item, I expect it to work 100%.

It's a beta. Each ECU version need different development, be patient. You may also have different ECU versions to choose in the past. The images in the post doesn't work.
