Are you saying that this occurred three months ago?I'll look for the post, it's funny how they knew what car was messed up 3 months later when all I gave them was a first name and no other information
I'm sure they also had your phone number...I'll look for the post, it's funny how they knew what car was messed up 3 months later when all I gave them was a first name and no other information
Yes, but I haven't really been driving it much being that I live in the mountains and it's been snowing a lot so now that the weather is decent and not freezing I was able to wash my car and that's when I noticed itAre you saying that this occurred three months ago?
Very possible if they had called id and started looking up my info right away lol . Just seemed shady, even when I was there the people seemed annoyed that I was watching them. Can't believe I had to show them where to jack the car up fromI'm sure they also had your phone number...

I would have except no shops in that town had tires that would fit, I even went with a bigger size just to get tires. That's about the time I would have taken my business elsewhere.
So, is the shop accepting responsibility?Yes, but I haven't really been driving it much being that I live in the mountains and it's been snowing a lot so now that the weather is decent and not freezing I was able to wash my car and that's when I noticed it
