Whoever damaged your wheel, I would make them cover the cost of repair. Sucks that happened!

There was a thread about this a few months ago. I think the guy had a positive outcome if I recall.

I'll look for the post, it's funny how they knew what car was messed up 3 months later when all I gave them was a first name and no other information

It's funny that when I called today to get an update the guy said he needs to wait for the owner to make the decision and that from the pictures I sent it looks like I curbed them. I was like really all 4 of them in one spot on the inside of the lip?? That's crazy

Are you saying that this occurred three months ago?

Yes, but I haven't really been driving it much being that I live in the mountains and it's been snowing a lot so now that the weather is decent and not freezing I was able to wash my car and that's when I noticed it

I'm sure they also had your phone number...
Very possible if they had called id and started looking up my info right away lol . Just seemed shady, even when I was there the people seemed annoyed that I was watching them. Can't believe I had to show them where to jack the car up from

mine were scratched on the inside of the wheel, but the car was at 2 different shops (long story). Since it was only scratches and not visible and I could prove what shop did it, i just moved on.

That's about the time I would have taken my business elsewhere.

So, is the shop accepting responsibility?
