Didn't utilize the search feature myself, but one of the guys I follow on instagram runs 18x8.5 on a 245/40Tired of scrolling posts))) Just curious does someone have 18x8.5 35 offset with 245/45 tires?
This was my car awhile back with an 18x9.5", 35mm w/ 235/40-18's. I am lowered on Eibach Sportline, and had no rubbing issues whatsoever.Good afternoon,
I still can't figure out what size rims / tires I can get on my car. I have been in contact with Fitmentindustries and initially wanted to go for a staggered setup 8.5j front and 9.5j rear. However, they advise against this too strictly.
Now I am again faced with a dilemma and a question. I am now doubting to take 19x9.5 around. With a 245/35/19 tire ET+40. Unfortunately, I cannot see this setup anywhere. Could someone tell me if this will work? Without rubbing or scrubbing
I ride the 1.5sport + with the Eibach Prokit on it.
Sincerely
Tim
If you’re dead set on getting 19s, I’d even drop down to a 225 or 235/35. Don’t see many 19s on the forums, let me see if I can find any on FB.Good afternoon,

You'll be fine on that setup, but personally I would get those wheels in the 18x9.5", 38mm fitment. The faces are more aggressive looking, you'd end up happier!Hey guys, looking at getting the Enkei Tuning Series TSR-X Bronze rims in a 18x8.5 +38 offset. I also have some Firehawk Indy 500's at the house that are 235/40R-18. I don't doubt the tires will fit the wheels but if the rims will fit on my 2018 Si coupe. I asked multiple people on tire rack and they said they couldn't guarantee they would fit without rubbing issues. Anyone see any potential problems with this setup? I'm also considering running the Eibach Pro kit and a DIY brembo kit and was wondering if anyone thought there would be any issues running those too? I'll link the wheels at the bottom. Thank you all

Thank you! Stuck between deciding on those or the Enkei Dracos in 18x8+45 but not too sure. Already have tires so i can’t do the 9.5You'll be fine on that setup, but personally I would get those wheels in the 18x9.5", 38mm fitment. The faces are more aggressive looking, you'd end up happier!
You can mount 235/40's on a 9.5" wheel with no issues. In fact, that's a better setup. It will give you more fender lip clearance on the rear.Thank you! Stuck between deciding on those or the Enkei Dracos in 18x8+45 but not too sure. Already have tires so i can’t do the 9.5
Using a 235/35-19 tire on the 19x9.5, 38mm will put you at 25.5" outside diameter, which is .2" shorter than a setup I used successfully with 18x9.5 "wheels, 38mm &(245/40-18). Stock STH/ST & Si's came with 235/40-18's which are 25.3" outside diameter. I always try to stay close to that, and going over a bit is better than under, due to mileage acrual.Hi guys,
can anyone tell me if i got this right, i want to go with 19x9.5 +38, and i'm lowered on Eibach pro kit.
The setup i'm seeing here and like mostly is 18x9.5 +38, so the question is if i go inch up (19), will the spacing from the fenders be same as it's on the pictures with 18x9.5?
thanks!
