I am set on getting the Prl cobra street maf intake. I am aware this does not require a tune and it should run fine. I also don’t plan on tuning my car. So the question is, is there a way to monitor important readings with aftermarket parts to be sure the engine is running safely? Or should I just send it and not worry about it.

Cheapest way would be with an OBD2 reader that checks that stuff (like BlueDriver) otherwise you'd need a Ktuner or Hondata flashpro to see how your engine is running.

Honestly, running the street MAF, I wouldn't be overly concerned about fuel trims and such. You should be just fine installing it and enjoying a little bit more power and some nice sound.
