Hi guys, just wanna double check with my 10th Gen buddies. But I think BKparts is wrong on this one I hope they are because it would really be confusing me. I have a 2020 sedan SI and my part is suppose to be (06421-TBF-A10ZA) just want to make sure because it's still in back order and I dont want to pay and wait for something that isnt going to fit and have to reorder and more waiting. Thanks

I have a 2019 Si Sedan. The spare tire kit I ordered, and have installed in my car is 06421-TBF-A00ZA. Hope that helps.

I got the si spare tire kit installed. While it is nice to know i now have a spare tire, I am not sure I like giving up so much room in the trunk. I cannot fit some stuff I normally put in there.
When I was buying my 2020 Si, I mentioned to the salesman not having a spare tire was the only thing I didn't like and then he popped the trunk tray and there was a spare tire. Lol. Is the tire repair kit only from 2017 to 2019 then?

You're in Canada, right? I thought Canadian Sis always had the spare, while US models did not.

Yes, I am. Maybe that's the only distinction.

I made my own spare kit minus the scissor jack (for now) since I have roadside assistance. Roadside is included in my Allstate insurance plan and can call them for the floor jack and labor while avoiding a tow and using my own spare and hardware. I found others on this site successfully used the spare from a 04-08 Acura TL Type-S 5x114.3 17x4 which I found on ebay for $100 and test fit it on my Si rear passenger location using stock lugs. I also bought the TL wheel hold down stem from ebay for $5 which fits and holds the spare down nicely. It also fits in the trunk nicely with spokes facing downward and its alloy instead of steel for a little lighter. Its diameter is almost identical to the stock 18" wheel size. I used the 2" thick pink foamular OwensCorning sheet sold at home depot and traced the outline of the weather-tech trunk liner and cut out the center section for the TL spare wheel to fit in. The foam raises the floor around the spare wheel so that it is flush when you place the trunk liner on top. I added a small jack stand, universal lug wrench which both fit/sit nicely inside the wheel which in turn sits upside down in the trunk. Since the spare wheel can only be placed on the rear due to having a front LSD that means getting a flat on the front results in changing the position of 2 wheels plus the spare. Moving the flat front to the trunk, moving a working rear wheel to the open spot up front and placing the spare on the rear. I don't know any way of doing that successfully without a jack stand and would be a super pain in the ass with a scissor jack. Plus I'm not supporting my cars weight with a wheel hence the jack stand.

holy crap!

It’s been too long since I’ve been through New Mexico. New Mexican food is my favorite regional cuisine

My wife and I love it here. Lots of cool places to drive her R! Lots of great restaurants too!!!

Just ordered my STK yesterday. I found places online to purchase it, they were cheaper until the S&H. I called my local dealer and had them order it. $262.53 no shipping costs. I then ordered a Falken FK-090 off of TireRack.com ($70 w/free shipping) and advised them to ship it to my local dealer for mounting. Total cost with tire and mounting $349.

Where did you get it?! I've been on hold with HondaPartsOnline.com since freakin' February...

As for space, I've been carrying around the spare tire (tire only) in the trunk to see if I should just go with that, instead of buying the whole kit and raising the floor... The jury's still out on that.
Try Majestic Honda in Rhode Island if you're on the East coast. I just received mine today but shipping was expensive due to the dimensions of the box.
