I was driving on the freeway yesterday then suddenly I got the following errors: Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) Problem, Power Steering System (EPS) Problem, Hill Start Assist Problem, and Engine Emissions Problem. It also felt like the turbo wasn't working. I've tried re-connecting my battery but it didn't fix the problems. So, I decided to go to AutoZone and have them do a free warning light check.

I got this result: Code P0045 indicates that the Turbo/Super Charger Boost Control Solenoid circuit had a fault lodged or was disconnected for a predetermined period of time.

Any idea how I can fix this?

I assume that everything looks normal under the hood?

Sounds like the boost controller solenoid may be bad. I tried to find the OEM part online, but didn't find it. I only found ones from Hondata. You will have to check with the dealer.

Just received this code on my way to work this morning. Thus... Reviving this thread.

What happened for OP?

I feel like my car is on a silent 'deny' list with Honda after I went and filed with State AG over their dealer-network MMWA Violation I was the victim of last year.
If a cable braid needs repair/replace or an inexpensive module needs swapping I'm super inclined to do it myself. What can I expect?

Check the wires going into your electronic wastegate. I've seen reports of them being chewed before. Some Civics have a cover on the wires there, but not all.

So after nearly two weeks, the code returned while I was driving today. The car kept throwing subsystem failures on the HUD, but didn't appear to be in limp mode... Alarming and concerning nonetheless. It cleared in one try.

Anyone had this happen intermittently? Can the component go bad without it being visible?

If it's not obvious, I really really really don't want to go to a dealership.
Very much still butt-hurt over the one I bought my car from threatening to have me arrested whilst obviously violating MMWA.

This you find a fix ?
Did your issue also drain your battery ?
i heard it might be the engine wire harness and it sounds expensive

My battery won't hold a charge for the long idle periods the continued coronavirus lockdown and my now working from home has lead to. Can't say for sure, but I don't think it is related.
I used a can of STP's intake valve cleaner. That's the thing I attribute to having made the issue go away. A lot of it ended up seeping out the plug-hole at the intercooler chargepipe mating. But I guess enough made it in to help clear any deposits. I think the valve was getting stuck, and the solvents from the intake cleaner allowed it to resolve. Hasn't happened since.
I've been driving a bit more lately, just leisure drives that are spirited. It's also a lot warmer than when the issue occurred, and higher intake temps seemed correlated with the code being thrown too.

Mine started like that and it would go away for weeks and months. Now it got to point where i would have to use My portable jump starter every time i needed to use the car ... this problem started at 20k miles insane. I changed the battery the alternator is good but I’m gonna have the turbo wastegate actuator changed out soon i heard this causes all those issues including the battery drain. Originally my guess is because of the soy coated wiring that Honda decided was a good idea a rodent might have chewed off something or maybe something in the wire harness is corroded.
I will update if it fixes the issue.

So i replaced the battery i Dnt think it was related to the issue unless it did long term damage. As i was about to replace the wastegate actuator i realize the 5 pin connector a a cut cable .... i ordered the connector and will replace it Saturday

So i replaced the 5 pin connector to the waste gate actuator and The problem is gone... it was the cut cable that was casing the limo mode and all lights to come out....
