Have any recommendations/links?
Sorry to be honest with you I just called autozone and asked if they had any gloss black locking lugnuts for my car. They looked it up on their computer and found some. They are spline drive design. Our thread size is M12-1.50 but the seat style depends on your rims. I can’t even remember what style mine were. Mine look like this

The CTR uses M14x1.50 lug nuts.

McGard has some good options that aren't too pricey. It's what I used on my car.
Yes the CTR is the only civic with the different size. I’m sorry I didn’t know you were referring to a type R

Honest mistake man, no need to apologize. Things would be too convenient if there was just one type of lug nut for all Civics of this generation.

Have any recommendations/links?
I meant to provide a link in my other response. Here is what I put on my car when I swapped out the wheels. I just went with one lock per wheel.

That should do the trick. But honestly if I had a type R I would just put a badass alarm system on it so nobody can touch it lol. Like the kind that will page you if somebody is messing with it.

I figured as much. More time for people to hear hammering noises and potentially check it out.
no need to hammer, there is a china site that sell full set of honda, audi, bmw wheel lock key for US$40..
there is only 16-20 flower patterns.
