While it looks identical, but the part numbers for 2020 on bumper cover and grill have been changed. I assume Honda may have updated with larger bumper beams and larger mounting tabs in the grill and bumper like what they did on regular refreshed back in 2019.

That's right. It will not fit some of the 2019 and 2020 models. You can see from how it is cataloged on our site.

If you chose not to use the emblem or emblem holder, there would be a hole left in the middle. You could also purhase a red "JDM" Honda emblem separately if you wanted.
The eBay link you provided is an entirely separate grille design. Also, we worked with our specific supplier to change the design of this grille in order to get better fitment. Lastly, we supply a genuine Honda emblem with our grille too.
