I notice my MM minders lets me know my Car is Due for an Oil Change every 4,500-5,000 miles

I do drive aggresive not abuse it
And using stock OEM oil 0-20w
I take my Car to the Dealer for Oil changes
I do short trips to work 8 miles one way and let my car warm up till 1,100 rpms and drive easy till the Gage its at warm up temps
Is that Normal the frequency of my Oil Changes ?
Since Ive read some folks here change their Oil when MM is at 15% is or every 8,000 or so.

Can you Share Every when Your MM tells you to change your Oil?
You may find this video very helpful to allow you to determine when its best.

Same here, I believe that’s the right spot nowadays for newer cars, 3K mile change intervals is too early and 7,500 mile change intervals is a tad bit overkill.

I just had my car at the dealer for a tire replacement and figured I'd knock out the oil and filter change while I'm at it. I'm just under 5k miles and my MM was at 30%

The first time MM triggered for me was at exactly 4500 miles, maybe its set to trigger there for the first oil change. Since then its been around 5k. Right now I am at 5k+ with about 40% left on life (took a long road trip that was about 600 miles). This is with 70% highway/30% city.

Not sure how good the Honda 0W-20 is but I think I am going to follow the MM. Will be doing an oil analytics with my next oil change to see if I am burning any oil. Hopefully the Honda techs don't give me a problem trying to get the oil sample.

After my 1-year of oil changes are up maybe I will just switch to Pennzoil Full Syn and do the changes myself like the rest of my cars.

I noticed a bunch of people here dont hve the Type R. I wonder if they have shorter intervals for the 1.5 which is prone to oil dilution.

Anywho, mine has been around 9k by the time it reaches 10-15%.
