I notice my MM minders lets me know my Car is Due for an Oil Change every 4,500-5,000 miles

I do drive aggresive not abuse it
And using stock OEM oil 0-20w
I take my Car to the Dealer for Oil changes
I do short trips to work 8 miles one way and let my car warm up till 1,100 rpms and drive easy till the Gage its at warm up temps
Is that Normal the frequency of my Oil Changes ?
Since Ive read some folks here change their Oil when MM is at 15% is or every 8,000 or so.

Can you Share Every when Your MM tells you to change your Oil?

I personally don’t let it get past 4000 miles per interval as I do drive the car hard.

I havent even looked at my MM since i bought the car. I literally couldn't tell you how to even access it. I did do my first oil change at 3,400 miles. Im currently at 5200 and will do another at 7.5k.

As far as i know the MM varies based on your driving style. It apparently thinks you need it, id listen to her.

If all you do are repeated short trips, then that would be harder on the motor which I could see causing the minder to mind you earlier.

That’s my guess too. The temp gauge is showing you only coolant temps. If you’ve ever had a car with coolant and oil temp gauges the coolant will get to full temp and the oil is still pretty far off where it needs to be before beating on a car.

not saying OP is beating on it just pointing out a temp gauge at the right spot might mean oil is still 100-120 degrees

I just do mine when it gets to around 15% life. I work as an electrician so I'm not at a fixed location for work so mileage varies. I'm up to 18k miles and I've done 2 changes so far. The first one was at around 6-7 k I don't remember exactly, would have to check my book.

I need to check what I'm at now, last oil change I used amsoil signature series and have been using purlator filters. They claim the oil is good for 20k something miles but I'm not going to test that when the filter is only rated for 10k. Not going to let the filter get to that point either.

I've always changed mine at around 4.5K regardless of what the oil life meter says. The oil life meter only purpose is to keep the oil changes and the engine just able to get you past warranty. After that, it's money for Honda if anything goes wrong.
If my oil has changed from clear to black you know what that means? It's dirty! Regardless of "detergents", "21st century sophisticated formulas", blah blah blah, the oil is dirty! So I change it! Is there an oil that can take you to 20K without changes, without damage? Maybe but I'm not betting my engine on it. Plus our poor little 4 banger is beating the sh*t out of itself to give us that horsepower and the turbo isn't lounging around there either. I do the changes myself and it's less time and less money than the stealership.
And I use M1 0-20 like a good boy.

My last oil change had 10,069 miles on the oil. The Maintenance Minder just came on when I changed the oil so there was 20% "Oil Life" left. My commute is mostly highway with a little stop-and-go. According to the oil analysis, my engine wear is really low. I use Kendall GT-1 MAX, which is the Oil Honda uses.

How can I do an Oil Analysis? Where did you send it to? Company? Do they tell everything about your oil?

I usually do around 3k-4k miles but never let over 5k miles. No real reason if I'm honest. It's just what I usually did when I had a Subaru.
