As what the title says, how do you restore or remove scratches, swirl marks or whatever on those black trims, as you can see on those photos.

With the exception of removing the swirl marks with a plastic polish like Meguiar’s Plastx, I am unaware of a way to fix the deep scratches that reveal the actual plastic beneath the paint layer.

On the bumper marks, try 70% rubbing alcohol with a microfiber towel. Rub gently as Honda paint is thin. Don’t use 90% alcohol because it’ll dissolve the factory paint.

Maybe investing on glossy clear film or glossy black film on those trims would be a good idea, specially on the doors, got one passenger before who has a ring... left a mark on that trim after closing it...

If you use the PlastX, do not press or rub hard. The goal is to buff the swirl marks gently, and not making scuffs.
Do i do circular motions or single directions etc. etc?

I would recommend using a singular direction. Pick an inconspicuous spot to test first, and if you like the result, then you can use this for the remainder of the trim.
