You'd pass over the color lol? The only reason I don't like black cause it's hard to keep it clean

EDIT: Just found a recent build Sonic Gray (which was one of my ideal colors) at invoice but idk if I can get the door sills for $265 installed.. decisions decisions lol.
No I meant the door sills - color up to you and that lol. I would HIGHLY recommend the sonic gray it's a great color!

Ok fam, so help me out. I have two choices Crystal Black Pearl invoice price with 40 miles and the illuminated sills installed for 265 and has a 220 doc fee. Sonic Gray at invoice price + 99 buck wheel locks and unclear if I can get the sills for 265 and has 7 miles. Also has a 250 doc fee. Thoughts??
SGP every day and four times on Sunday. So much tasteful contrast and you can see every curve. I think the black one if you want to blend in a bit more and not stand out as much since it's black on black. I fell in love with SGP and never regretted it lol

You guys got it rough in the states holy shit. Sounds like such a hassle.

They couldn't budge on MSRP for me so I got things thrown in for nothing. Tint, weather mat, Type R Cargo Tray, wheel locks, some paint pens, VTEC Turbo sticker (no longer on Canadian CTRs as of 19). Paid the usual sales tax + plates with no crappy doc fees.

Good on you for sticking to the price you want.

First priority would be color. My choice was SGP (after a number of white cars...I love it). Black for a dd would be a no go for me. Although my GT4 was black (and nearly fully covered with ppf).

I don't care about the 40 miles on the car.

~$300 doc fee is common and a non issue.

My dealer provided the illuminated door sills (actually pretty nice), the Type R cargo mat and door edge ppf for no cost.

The accessories and doc fees are just money makers for the dealer. But invoice is a very good price so, personally, I wouldn't let ~$200 bucks on accessories or dealer fees hold me back from scratching out the check.

Have fun shopping!

SGP if i had to choose. wheel locks you'll probably want anyway and those are a reasonable price.g

GF has a black BMW that gets parked outside and it always looks dirty.

Get the color you want more. You're gonna be a lot more mad down the road if you don't love the color of the car vs. having some light kit...

Just an update: I just hit a brick wall because I wanted 24k for my current car and the car buying sites such as Carvana etc are giving me peanuts and I have tried to sell privately for months to no avail. Anyone have suggestions?

What do you have your car listed for? Do you get the tax benefit of dealer trading in Nevada?

How to get out of a mustang -

Absorb depreciation hit on trade - try to never buy a new Mustang again

Not even joking - last Mustang I had I flipped 6k of carry off of into an EVO and that car kept its value to where I cancelled that out when I sold it.

Get the Type R - ride out your mistake, then when you decide to sell it you will not lose the money you did for now, then.

Sorry to say that it's not really special. Even the King of the Road editions don't hold their value well let alone a 50th anniversary edition.
My buddy had a 2014 Cobra that he didn't pay any ADM on or anything. Went to trade it in and lost ~8k on it.

Mustangs are phenomenal at depreciating due to how many of them are available. Even an 'exclusive' Cobra gets nuked by resale.

Cut your losses, get the Type R - keep for a few years and if / when you sell you will have absorbed / offset the depreciation. There is no way around it unless you keep, and pay off the Mustang, and run it forever.
