Do you have a downpipe along with it?
Right now OEM downpipe and Perrin front pipe. Perrin doesn’t have a DP. Emissions testing in my state is rough, and I don’t want to jump through the hoops.

Im really thinking of getting this one as it does look good, zero drone and is apparently is on the quiet side. Do you know why the honda tech said it will get louder for the years to come? How will it do that
I have prob over 20k miles on mine, it did not really get louder FYI

Will install it next week when i have the time to.
It will save alot of weight.. entire thing just 16lbs
Anyone recommend a place to get the Fujitsubo exhaust? I'm probably a few months out from purchasing but it seems vivid racing no longer stocks the FK8 exhaust.

TIA

i think you might be the first person ive seen with it. im here for the updates
I have the J's Racing setup with an RV6 front pipe. I love it. Beautifully deep tone that isn't raspy and excessively loud, but still loud enough to make you smile. Got the idea from K20Elite's setup:

Cut and paste write-up from another thread about Greddy DD-R. Dig the exhaust, looks good, sounds better!

——————-

I received my exhaust in a couple of weeks ago but just recently got time to install it. All I can say is WOW! I am very pleased with everything about the system. From build quality, to fitment, and especially to sound. I am running a completely stock 2018 FK8 with no engine mods.

The exhaust has a nice sound at idle, but throaty when taking off. There is little to no drone at cruising speeds 65-80, but when at WOT, especially from 3500-redline it sounds great.

I called greddy when I first received the box as I didn’t know the system was going to include a resonator. The gentlemen on the phone said it was something they added last-minute to kill the drone, only on the Type R’s (standard model gets no resonator). I have an F22c1 (Cat only, no muffler) that also doesn’t sound nearly as good.

I really do think this is a super great sounding exhaust, especially with the extra resonator in there. Loud enough to let others know in a parking lot that you’re car is not stock, quiet while cruising at highway speeds, yet sounds mean as hell when floored.

Conversation and radio volume in the car while driving is almost identical to before under normal driving conditions. My 2yo still falls asleep in her car seat regularly. I’ll try to get a cold startup video uploaded this week, meanwhile here are a few pics.

Also a big thanks to the guys at Evasive for the great customer service in getting this exhaust ordered and shipped out to me asap.

Perrin resonated. Quiet, good. Includes a helmholtz resonator and a front pipe.

By far, the best looking exhaust for our cars! subtle, tasty aggressive cuts & perfect proportions. My only beef is the price & weight, aside from that, it is legit.

I was originally avoiding Greddy in general due to all the earlier models having their drone issues. I might consider this one; it's a very clean look. Still waiting on 27Won sound clips (the ones provided by 27Won are processed) and will wait for sound clips for this one.
