At this point I am not looking for power gains. I just want a car I can use for the family and also be used for occasional novice level track work.
My main aim so far is try to improve cooling a little.
The car is currently in my brothers shop with the front bumper off as I work through getting these on.
  • Mishimoto black intercooler with piping
  • Mishimoto oil cooler - custom mounted behind fog light cover on passenger side
  • USR side mounted oil cooler - drivers side
  • USR/PTP turbo blanket
  • PTP inlet blanket
  • Stick on reflective thermal blanket for underhood above turbo
  • J's grill
  • Evasive driver side fog light cover with additional diamonds cut out
  • Matching passenger side fog light cover with enlarged area of diamond cut outs
  • Oil temperature gauge
  • Mishimoto oil catch can (red bracket)
  • Amsoil signature synthetic oil 0W20
  • Amsoil transmission fluid
  • Oil drain plug with 1/8 NPT port for oil temperature gauge probe
  • 19" NSX wheels with matching OEM Honda center caps and hub centric rings
  • New Michelin Cup 2 tires
  • GLoc brake pads (front and back)
  • Girodisc front titanium brake pad shields
  • Front guide pins removed
Cosmetic
  • Mirimoto XB LED headlights
  • XPEL clear wrap (entire front including hood, lower sides and rear wheel arches) - professional installed
  • Black OEM wheel lugs (from UK)
  • Honda light Type R door sill plates
  • J's grill Type R badge mount
  • Tinted front side markers
  • Weathertech plate cover
Still likely to come
  • Girodisc 2-pieec front brake discs
  • Hardrace front lower camber adjusters
  • Evasive tow hook mount

I've had my car for 3 weeks(2019 SGP Civic Type R #34184):

XPEL Clear Wrap paint protection full front of the car
Red Rally Armor Mud Flap(installed them myself last night)
3D Maxpider Kagu Floor Mats
Unity Performance Cear with White LED side markers(still waiting for them to come in the mail)

I want to do some fun stuff like Hondata, swift springs, HKS Downpipe, HKS intercooler, HKS Spec L exhaust, and more. Just don't want to lose my factory warranty so fast. Only have 600 miles on the car. I doubt I can make it 5 years without adding some performance parts. The exterior stuff gets boring fast.

Most of my stuff is cosmetic.

Past modifications:
  1. Countless shift knobs (Honda Accessory, S2000 Ti, Spoon Sports duratcon, Raceseng, etc.)
  2. Nitto NeoGen 245/30/20 (do not recommend)
Modifications currently on the car (in the order they were done):
  1. Sweidit shifter wings and center console arms
  2. Mugen red leather shift knob
  3. Overland Designs dash visor
  4. Enkei Raijin 18x8 +42 with Michelin PS AS3+ 245/40/18 tires*
  5. ZL1 Addons Rock Guards
  6. Import Spec Autogroup steering wheel.
Upcoming modifications (in the order they'll be done):
  1. Intercooler (PRL or Perrin, possibly 27Won depending on specs and how it installs)
  2. Exhaust (Thermal, HKS, MXP, or Megan Racing, also waiting to see how response is for the 27Won)

What did you think of the S2000 Ti shift knob on the CTR?

It’s very smooth and has good weight to it. I haven’t tried it in the summer, but based on how it feels in the winter, I expect it should still get hot during the summer.

Ti isn't as bad as the aluminum from what I remember with my S2000 back in the day..

You are right, it isn’t, that’s one of the reasons I wanted to try it. I may still try it in the summer to see if I can deal with it.

Bit of back-order as mentioned on the Clear with White LED, but the batch will be arriving later this month and ready to ship out once in my hands. Thanks for the support! :)
