That looks great! I am waiting to order till I saw some reviews. Have you tuned it after the install? Any codes pop up?
My car has not been tuned yet but it probably will be next month so I’ll certainly add some details after that. Install was straight forward and after a few pull there was not a single code and as I’ve mentioned before spool was a lot quicker. So far I’m enjoying this modification a lot.

Faster spool with this and no tune? I would think the factory tune would negate anything this provides. With a tune, maybe, but we're talking IATs, and not something the factory tune will make you feel.

What he said.
From what little I know but am beginning to understand based on a local tuners experience with mine and another thread, once a CTR reaches ECU performance standards/specs/settings, it won’t keep pushing/try harder. This pipe mod may help reach those thresholds earlier/easier but perhaps not faster until the tune itself exploits the mod benefit. FBOs surely make all that happen but not very much by themselves or until a tune/retune accounts for change impact (not assured to be an improvement, esp in combo or at least not cumulative, so many variables here).

My R tune paused but still in progress went from NBO 295hp baseline to one run of 347 Saturday, best I saw when there Fri was 337 hp, max torque Fri was 317, not sure about T on W/E. Not worrying about it until later since another Sensor part is coming in about a week that might help overcome the Rs OEM inherent characteristic of ‘Enough Already’ expelling extra.

Obviously the only way to tell what mod gains are is an actual dyno vs calibrated gluteals. Not discrediting it helped, but metrics matter here as I’m guilty of self Jedi-mind tricks feeling faster when there are some decent (rough idea) tools built into out dashes for time, g-force, boost, I have Dash Commander to WATCH what’s happening, not control it, things INW will do that and the R community may benefit and have more choices in a month or two.

I think one of the most informative tune strings/discussions is in Civic-X here:

Speaking of metrics but as a standard of measure, wouldn’t American history sound odd and drug related if Benjamin Franklin (since he wasn’t a Canadian) said instead,
“A gram of prevention is worth a kilo of cure.”?

That might explain white powdered wigs, (not flour or crushed sugar crystals?)
Certainly not accusing our forefathers (I just have one, busy night for their moms?) but if we heard of this today, how many people might think instead of genius inventor...STONER!?
(Cultural) shift happens.
DUuUUde! This one time at Invent Camp my BFF BF got so wasted! Is it possible this supposition is our hidden history? I think not and hope KNOT, (he used one to keep the key from sliding, these are jokes people, snarl or smile, I’ll never know).

Ultimately that’s all that matters anyway, more fun, We look forward to hearing about your tune success whenever you get it done, Congratulations in setting the R up well to peg that fun meter and a dyno.

Replaced the last part of the interior trim that I just didn't like. Now it looks like it should have, matching the other soft touch items on the console area and the Overland Designs front console wing trim which I already replaced previously.
