You can't really paint these types of plastic... and it's not really cost effective to paint. Visit a collision repair place and i'm sure they'll quote you 120% more than what these things cost.
I mean I’m in the process of painting them. Sand them down and wipe them down with alcohol and go over them with plastic paint. so far two of them look good I have to redo the small ones because it started drizzling outside when I was almost done.

Also the primer red plastic paint I’ve gotten is $6 a can.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has done them.

Did you get to install these yet? Thinking about a set too.
I've had them on my car for about 5-6 months now. They do their job very well and hold up great. Been through 5-6 autocross and 2 track days. Still look new! They also double as a wheel guard since they hit the curb first (oops), lol!

Great to hear. Picked up a more aggressive set of wheels (18x9.5 ET38) so will be sitting a bit more flush to the fenders, so worried about rocks and well.. curbing too ha. Thanks!

Installed ZL1 Add Ons Deluxe CTR Rock Guards. IMO, looks better than the mudflap Rally Armors. I found a small rock chip on the fender during the install that would not have been there if the rock guards were there. I had to Dr. Colorchip that first. (I know she's filthy).

Trying to figure out if these will fit a 19 civic sport hatch. I know they have the front, but not sure if the type R will fit the back end. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the part number for the OEM rivets that we're supposed to remove for this install? My dumbass removed the top two rivets on one of the front fender instead of just one.

edit: I think I found it: 90682-SEA-003

Got mine installed. Painless process. I also ran into the issue where one of the screws wouldn't ever get tight no matter what I did; I gave up lol

I had similar issues with the screw that didn’t want to tighten. But it still stays in.

Want to try the standard ones since they look like they match the texture and color of the fender vents. But dang the shipping is expensive
