Back Bumper

So today when I was backing in to a garage I accidentally hit into a pole, it was a light tap. There was no obvious damage but when I press into the bumper, you can press into a lot. I don't know how to describe it. Visually nothing seems wrong but whenever I pressed into it hard, you can go deep into it. So do anybody know what I'm talking about and what should I do to fix it? If yall need picture/video, let me know.

Isn't there a bunch of Styrofoam behind the bumper cover? Maybe that is what's been depressed/deformed (and what's squeaking when you press down). I agree that it's not a big deal.

I installed a trailer hitch on my LX, there's no foam between the bumper and the bumper cover.
