A bit confused by this thread. Did anyone run these Hardrace front lower camber adjusters with the stock suspension set up? If so, what was the additional negative camber gain? And was there an increase in torque steer? Most posters appear to be combining these front lower camber adjusters with springs that differ than stock (shorter, skinnier, etc). Is that required to gain any advantage withe these particular camber adjusters? I'd like to keep my suspension as close to stock as possible. But I am experiencing significant outer edge tire wear on my R71R's at the track. So I'd like to be able to dial in additional camber, esp in front.

using the lower ball joint to adjuster camber (making the track wider, moving the ball joint outwards), reduces torque steer !
this is perfect for lower offset wheels (like +35), so you can get the benefit of wider track width.
Very exciting product !

using front top camber plate to increase negative camber (tilt the top of the damper inward) does not help with torque steer (honda separated the 2 axis in the fk8 civic type-r)

more info is here to understand how the honda design works

I'm taking my 2019 CTR to the track for the first time to do HPDE at Roebling in Feb. So went to my local shop to have the shock tower pins removed and dial in 1.7- chamber. The ailment guy came out to the waiting room and told me factory was already -1.5 do you want an additional -1.5??? So -3 I is pretty aggresive for occasional track and mostly street use. So we agreed on -2 chamber. What suprized me was the toe was out front and back. I've never hit a pothole or curb and generally don't beat on it and consider myself a smooth driver ( smooth=fast)
The car only has 3,400 miles. Had the shop set the toe to factory spec.
All I can say what a difference!! The car feels so much more on center, turn in is more stable and it just tracks so much better and enjoyable to drive if that's possible. If anyone is interested I can post alienment print out

Absolutely post the alignment sheet! I'm getting ready to do mine soon.

Your tires were super low on air too. Do you live somewhere warm in summer and cold in winter?

Yes I live in SC so the night before I went to the shop the temp dropped 22 degrees!! But no TMP light came on......strange. The shop did tell me my tires where low and that they always put correct tire pressure in before checking alienment. I think I believe them
But to restate, after the alienment the car has never felt this good, even when I picked the car up new from the dealership. I'd be surprised that by adding -.5 chamber would make such a difference. I'm thinking the toe setting also help immensely

So was your toe setting out like mine? And did you change negitive chamber setting?
If so is your car tracking better?

It’s been so long I don’t remember. I’ve since then lowered it and added even more negative camber and wider tires so I couldn’t tell you

I've owned everything from E30 M3 BMW to 993 Turbo and I love my CTR just as much and absolutely love driving it! Can't wait to see how it is on the track. Being front wheel drive, it should be interesting as front wheel cars are prone to understeer. Hopefully Honda has dialed most of that out with the CTR I'm quite sure they have as it went around the ring in 7:43

Ive owned and tracked a wide variety of cars from corvettes to Miatas or FD Rx7 and have to say this is probably my favorite car. You’ll barely notice it’s FWD, so composed and fun to drive.
