Thanks for all of the comments. I will be doing the installation over the next couple of days. I am waiting till the weather is better so I can get some good outdoor photos for you all.

Also, Honda confirmed that these will only be available in the following colours:

Rallye Red

Platinum Silver

Sonic Grey

Lunar silver

Polished Metal

Crystal Black

Brilliant Sporty Blue (Aegean Blue)

Obsidian Blue (New Navy Colour)

All of these colours are for the new 2020 Sport Line. This is a 1.0 Turbo model for the European market. Therefore Championship White is not available as it is a CTR colour.

Hmm... body-colored. Can you check to see if they make one in Championship White?

Can’t wait to see your installed photos.

Can we order these for us in the states?
Not sure as they are being fitted to a new European model called the Sport Line. I have emailed to Honda USA contact for more information. Will update you as I know more.

Getting back on track, how do I get my hands on one of these new spoilers?
I can supply them through my parts company here in the UK. What colour his your hatchback?

I sure hope not, but it is a valid (and common) reason not to buy one.
I don't believe that for a second. You're telling me the highest performance Civic ever offered gets tossed out because of a wing? Throw the baby out with the bathwater I guess.

@stephenmeadows are the attachment points the same as the OEM spoiler? Sure doesn't look like it.

Why is it so hard to believe people don’t like the spoiler? When the type r came out 2 years ago the first thing people hated on was the number of vents (functional or not) and the obnoxious wing.

Personally I like the wing I think it fills in that space the hatchback creates. This new wing does that but alittle more subtly. Also I have a sport so I’m not trying to rock the OG type r wing.

YES, between the price jump to the Type R and the ridiculous wing you can buy virtually any lower models, sans maybe the touring, and mod it to have MORE POWER.

Also can't speak for the other guys but I don't like that it only comes in the hatchback, which is a wagon not a hatchback no matter how modern car companies are spinning these "5 door hatchbacks", I mean we don't call SUV's with a rear hatch hatchbacks do we? I just don't like that body shape on any car newer then like an 83 Civic wagon, it actually kinda oddly works on that gen before the 84's forked it up, to me a hatchback only has 2 doors.

It's totally acceptable to not want a Type-R due to its looks. What doesn't make sense is if you passed up on the Type-R only to get something in a completely different and lesser performance category because of said looks. In my mind, you(not you) were never really even looking for a Type-R.

This statement is as ridiculous as the wing.

.
You can throw as much power as you want into an ordinary Civic, maybe even upgrade the suspension, it still won't be a Type R. The Type R isn't just about power.

Correct. Anyone who says they passed on this car because of the wing is flat out full of shit.
I can honestly say that the wing was the biggest reason I passed on the type R. I was really excited when I heard it was coming to the states, I even liked the prototype! But the more I looked at it, I couldn’t see my 38 year old self driving something like that. The power and performance was tempting don’t get me wrong. I even sat in the very first one our dealership had sitting on the showroom floor. This was a 2018 type R they were trying to sell to me for only 35k, which was a good deal. But as soon as I got out and looked at it again I said no thanks. So next was the sport which I thought looked just right, but it has no sunroof. So I ended up with the Ex hatchback and a Lx sedan. So this lower wing is definitely an improvement in my opinion. You don’t need a huge wing to be functional.

I think it's pretty clear that you just didn't want a Type-R, or anything of that performance category.
