Hello all...currently I'm looking for a sedan WOP EX-T with sensing, none available...looking to go with the Touring if the price is right. Please let me know what did you pay for your Touring OTD. Thanks.

Currently have a $26.9K OTD offer in LA County. The purchase price is $24.3K. had a few dealers match but nobody beating the offer. I'm interested in how to get an offer below $26K (one or two folks have done it in the long thread).

Another question, with 4th of July coming and the 2017 model years coming shortly , should I wait what would prices look like after '17 models drop?

The decision to wait is completely up to you. How much do you want/need the car now? If you wait till November or December you could push a great deal on a 2016. However, if you are looking to get it sooner I would definitely take advantage of any rebate offers for 4th of July. I purchased Memorial Day weekend.

Call different dealers now and ask them if they can beat the current OTD price you have. Show them you are a serious buyer and tell them you are looking to purchase the vehicle as soon as possible. They will likely ask if you can come in same day. Say yes, only if, they give you the price you want, if not, you will go somewhere else.

The morning I was set on buying, I squeezed out an additional $150 in savings by pitting 3 dealerships against each other. I did it respectfully, of course, and explained I was ready to buy and just picking out which dealer to walk into now. If they could beat my current offer I'd walk in same morning and buy the car.

My purchase price was:
$23999
+ $2168 in taxes
+ $260 in title and fees
but I had $500 paid by the Honda graduate program

So in retrospect I got the car for a tiny bit below $26k.
I also had a few accessories included and the first two maintenance services on the house.

You are so close to getting the price where you want it. Be patient and keep pushing. The feeling of satisfaction after you purchase the vehicle for a price you are comfortable with is priceless.

I really like how it sounds when it's connected to CarPlay or Bluetooth (this makes it worth it for me). I think the sound could be better when it's on the radio. I also do not use the surround sound because I think it is better without most of the time. All in all, its not bad but also not great. I think Honda could have given us a little more in terms of quality sound maybe even partnered with a big name audio brand.

For now, it will do and I think it's defintely better than the a standard factory audio system. You could modify the standard sound sound system on the lower trims and get an equal or superb sound than the touring if you really wanted.

I got mine on the 18th from Honda of Downtown LA for $24,100 purchase price.

Once you are in the dealership, that's when you get that final push lower. My salesman told me they were pushing for $24,300 but he knew I was going to walk if I didn't get $24,100 and made the deal happen.

My EQ settings sound best on SXM at +3 bass, +3 treble, +2 mid, -1 subwoofer and with DTS off for songs with lyrics and DTS on for instrumental music.

Hello there, would you mind sharing the name of the salesman you spoke to? Im in Gardena and the dealership here gave me an offer but it is 1k higher than what you got and they won't budge.

Thanks!

Yeah,

It's (Jose) David Orellano in the internet department. (he goes by David though)

I got a quote from Kent at DCH Gardena for 24, 659.79 though.
