Overheating!!!

My car has been overheating lately. The issue only happens when the car is idling for about 15 minutes. The gauge will start climbing. It went up almost all the way up to max temperature the other day. I noticed that the fan did not turn on at all. It turns on when I turn on the A/C though, but it stays at low speed. The car is tuned also and I'm not sure if theirs a setting for fans on or off or whatnot. It's tuned with HONDATA. Please help me diagnose this issue I'm having. Again, only overheats when I'm stopped for a while and with the A/C off.

Flash to stock and see if it does it then, regardless I would recommend you pull over or shut off the car if it's near max as you have a possibility of warping the heads

Fans were disabled on Hondata. There turned back on now. Thank god.
