Hello,

I am loving my new 2019 civic LX. One of the main reasons i bought the civic is because of the sensing package. However, there are couple of things which could be improved. Hoping somebody would have answers.

1) is there any way to increase the torque for lane keep assist. I noticed that lane keep assist does not work properly on curved roads.

2) is there any settings I can change so that I can have Lane keep assist working on all speeds?

3) is there any settings I can change for the radar for ACC? I noticed that if another car merges then the radar does not detect the car right away and I have to break manually.

4) I have also noticed that when I set the adaptive cruise control and if the car in front of my car is almost 300 metres away it doesn't detect the car and it keeps accelerating. Has anyone else has noticed this behavior?

I know there's openpilot which could be installed on the car but that disables the cmbs. Plus it does not provide any greater torque then stock Lane keep assist.

openpilot does not disable CMBS(AEB) on any officially supported vehicle (like your Civic). Don't gauge the capabilities of the car based on the stock LKAS performance. It's a night and day difference. No you can't help the torque, but that only really is an issue in less than shallow curves.
