Heyoo. I’m selling my old Honda that has a new set of front door speakers and tweeters. They’re JLAudio C1-650s and cost about $140. Does anyone have any input on whether they’d be worth switching over to my 19si?

They couldn't hurt. You might notice them sound more detailed than stock. You would notice a huge difference if you run them with an aftermarket amp though.

I’ve already put so much into performances I don’t mind the stock speakers but a little better bass and quality is always nice. I’ll get an amp later down the road

Actually do you think it’d be better to put them in the rear deck? I’m pretty sure they do fit

The rear speakers are very quiet and you may or may not hear a slight difference if anything. Me personally, if I had them sitting around not being used, I'd probably install them anyways cause I'm an audio guy lol.

Most anything is better than stock, IMO.

I had made up my mind to live with the OEM stuff in my LX. But there just wasn't enough headroom in the amp. Once I replaced the HU and had more power; the speakers were bottoming out in relation to it.

I agree that the rear speakers are generally useless. Even in my (non premium audio) LX; I don't use them.

I only have OEM, but to the rear speaker issue:
I fade frontwards all the way and then back just loud enough to notice the rear speakers - they just don't matter.

They may sound better but play quieter if you do not have an external amp. You need speakers with a high sensitivity if you retain the stock head unit.
