2 years, how many miles? Sounds like a warranty issue.Same spot, same tear on my 2017. Not sure if I want same Honda boot... 2 of us makes me think it’s a poor quality material. I’m not sure I want to keep replacing them boots every 2 years.
38k miles. 2.5 years as well. I’m pretty sure boot is not under warranty even if it would be less than 36k.2 years, how many miles? Sounds like a warranty issue.
I'm at 42k miles over 2.5 years and I don't have this issue
100% agree with you.Just buy an aftermarket boot, something nice. Will fit the same and probably cost the same or less.
It would be 36k as that's the bumper to bumper warranty.38k miles. 2.5 years as well. I’m pretty sure boot is not under warranty even if it would be less than 36k.
Just checked Toronto Honda Parts site, it is $144 CAN. It comes that shifter surround panel.77296-TBF-A01ZA
you might still try asking the dealer to goodwill it under warranty. It shouldn't be happening and despite the 2k miles over, the dealer might warranty it. It won't hurt to ask38k miles. 2.5 years as well. I’m pretty sure boot is not under warranty even if it would be less than 36k.
