That is one of the most common size metric Allen cap bolts on the planet. I have drawers full of them in my shop. You want them in black oxide, cad plated, stainless steel, aluminum anodized in multiple colors, or titanium? I probably have all of them. Need reduced heads? Short heads? Rifle drilled? Safety wire drilled? Probably have some selection of those as well.

That size is so common that you should be able to find them literally at any hardware store having even the most basic of selections of Allen cap bolts. I can walk into both HD and Lowes and go pick them up here in the US.

How many do you need? I will mail you some if you can't find them.
I need 2!! Really appreciate if you can send me some! I can pay for shipping.

For those of you wondering, I “STILL” have not heard from anyone at PRL. PRL if your monitoring this thread, have someone from your team send me a private message to try to get this sorted out. I’ve sent emails to your help desk with no response. I need this faulty silicone hose replaced. Thanks
I had to use every single muscle fibers on my arms to install this hose. Never had to do that for any intakes. Grab, twist and turn. Don't insert the evap line and loosen the vac line. Give it another shot.

Forgive my curiosity...
Did you loosen airbox and install inlet pipe side first then push the box over to fit the airbox side?
Yes, unfortunately still too short. At first, I thought it was me. Then I passed by my friends shop that has installed over 20 of this exact model and also agreed that the silicone hose was too short.

Thanks for the feedback. Just tried, no dice. Still too short! Still no word from PRL...

This is crazy. Why don't they just ship out a new one and have you ship yours back...

That’s the million dollar question, I have no idea. Especially for a system that was purchased brand new and is currently less than a month old.

I also had a shorter silicone tube from the first batch. Send their CS an image to which they didn’t see anything “wrong.” Anyways, sold off the intake and Switched to stage 1 and couldn’t be happier.

What email chain? I called in, spoke with someone in your support team. They advised me the same thing you did reference attempting to loosen and re-install. I did just that, and it appears that the hose is STILL too short. This is a known issue, on this thread along there are other members which have experienced the same problem as me with the hose being too short. Can you help me with sending me a replacement hose and I’ll send you this one back? If not, how can I go with returning the complete intake? If you can’t help me, perhaps give me a name of someone I can speak to specifically so I don’t continue to be bounced around from person to person. Thanks

I, Spencer, have personally been overlooking all email inboxes for the past week, as most of our team members have been out of the office at the PRI show. I have not seen any emails in our inbox/help desk regarding this. It sounds as if you have attempted to reposition this hose as requested, so a simple followup email regarding this would fix this issue for you. You can reach us/me at pretty much any email or communication method at this time, or email me directly at [email protected].

Hey Guys,

What screw do I need for this? 2 of them fell off! I'm only replacing the top part as i dont want to remove the intake again, was already a pain in the ass to install lol

@PRL Motorsports are you able to send me replacements? I cant find these in Canada
Shoot us an email sir! [email protected]

Because their customer service department is shit. Followed close behind by their quality control department.
Sometimes you just can't please everyone.
