@long_meats do you have a picture of the 2 extensions connected? I want to get a idea of how long to build new extensions.
@RV6 here ya go:

The two extensions combined actually seems to be a decent fit, with just a little bit of extra slack but not too much.

The last thing I need before I order one is a sound clip with the stock sport exhaust or even just regular stock exhaust. I dont want it to sound to loud.

Can anyone help?

I have the AEM Intake and Catted Downpipe along with Ktuner and haven't really noticed the exhaust getting noticeably louder with any of them (including combined).

It does sound different, deeper perhaps, but any volume changes wasn't enough to be notable. I personally prefer quieter exhausts, and am perfectly happy with the way it sounds.

If I remember later when I'm free I can try to post a vid.

Thanks for the feedback. Look forward if you post a vid, I'm probably going to go ahead and order one in the next few days.

I took a vid and attempted to post it, but it's an .mp4 and the site says that extension isn't formatted. Does anyone know what extensions are allowed? Or of any free video upload sites where I don't need to make an account? Thanks

YouTube is probably the easiest way to do it.
You will need an account though, but it’s free.

Just ordered the cat less downpipe since RV6 was running a sale thought it was a steal with free shipping. Hoping to see some good gains!

Btw, following up on running the O2 sensor straight into the high flow pipe - three days, heavy driving, no CEL. Kick ass, folks. Will continue to run it long term to confirm reliability.

Side note, the defouler metal rubbed off on my hands, so I question its structural integrity. Fortunately it isn't needed.

Is this solution the same for catless too?

No, catless is gonna flag, it seems, regardless of what you do (outside disabling the sensors in KTuner).
Gotcha. Also, what would you recommend the 3 mounting bolts on the bottom of the pipe get torqued to? Also the top 4 since I haven’t seen any torque specs

Well I went ahead an ordered mine on Monday and literally just got it. So maybe I'll get a video up before you. :p

So it looks like mine did not come w the lower 90 degree elbow for the lower o2 sensor. I see acid.fly just connected his with out it to solve his CEL problem. Is that also the case for using this with the stock exhaust? Cause I want to put this bad boy on today. Well I'd probably put it on anyways and add the elbow later if i need to. :D

If you want I can send you my video clip directly to you if you want to upload it for me, I'm just irrationally paranoid when it comes to making new accounts on the largest spying/data collection giant that is YouTube/Google (also I just don't want to make an account using real info and it wouldn't let me make one using fake info with a burner email address...I know, I know, they already have literally all my info and activity tracked anyways but still...).

I forgot if you mentioned previously, but do you have any other power mods? Because basically if you have an aftermarket intake then you don't need the L-spacer/defouler thing, but if you have a stock intake then you might need it to keep the CEL off. Stock exhaust shouldn't matter for the CEL issue, but the downpipe will make it much louder if you later decide to modify the exhaust.

CEL came on within 40 miles after catless downpipe installation. Not sure what to do.
