In cold wet salty weather the pads are actually super loud. People give me odd looks. So I realized a couple months back that it wasn't actually the Brembos making that sound, but gravel that had gotten lodged in the caliper.
agree, my 1.5t came with 17", i use them for winter setup but dont like them either1 thing only? Can I tell 2?
1) Stock rims of the european hatch version. Jesus the Civic is intended to be a sport car and you put those rims on it? They fit great for the 1.0 engine versions but not for the 1.5. Also why are they different from the US version lol?
2) How about the frame crossbars in MY 2020. They absolutely make no sense and don't make it more aggressive as they say. I'm planning to change these 2 things asap once I install the Type R spoiler.
Lol be thankful you don’t have the rain sensing wipers. They have a mind of their own. On the bright side, their ridiculousness prompted me to try rain x, and I haven’t looked back since.Without a doubt: Single-speed intermittent wipers.
The LX is so EMBARRASINGLY well equipped (auto up/down windows, bluetooth, climate control) that having just one 'middle' speed on the wipers gets old, especially in traffic at night in the rain.
100% agree. I wish it had a heated steering wheel instead of heated rear seats. No heated steering wheel.
I used my other car yesterday & the heated steering wheel (and seats) come on when the outside temperature is 40° or lower. I always thought a heated steering wheel.was ridiculous or excessive, until I bought a car that had one. I wish the Civic had one.
Canadian spec si comes with them as wellHeated rear seats?
Yup. The most useless option ever. At least in my case.Heated rear seats?
Are you going to replace them with OEM or aftermarket? I'd love some quieter ones b/c mine make that terrible rubber dragging noise and it's annoyingTwo things but really they are sort of related. The flimsy windshield and wipers. A leaf hits it and the windshield chips. The wipers are garbage. They chatter like crazy and just make the whole experience feel cheap. I'll need to swap out the blades and it hasn't even been a year. And I've already replaced my windshield, too.
