I autox a bunch and heard alot of great things, but can't see myself considering one until I can drive it. I'm in the bay area and would love to meet up with some owners.

I found a used 2017 at a dealer and they let me test drive it, and then I bought new. The dealer for the new wouldn't let any test drives either. Try finding a used one around you to test drive?

Thanks! Around here, I've been reaching out to the dealers with used ones. Unfortunately, one is pending sale and the other is got too much going on with it for me to get an idea of how it would be stock. I did find one on Carvana that should be coming to me on Tuesday to have a try. I'll let everyone know my thoughts and decision after that.

Picked up the Type R over this past weekend. Couldn't be happier!

Last 2 cars were commuter cars (I was saving money and getting school loans paid off during this time), before that I had an IS250, and an S2000.

I was pretty active on S2Ki back in the day, probably between 2007-2010. I was on Clublexus as well but didn't post as much. Currently, I mostly lurk on the reddit cars subreddit and browse here obviously.

'19 CTR

I'm based out in the Bay Area (southbay), hopefully I'll get to meet some of you at the next meet!

Excited to finally be getting my CTR and day now, I already order some parts for the car. So I'll be busy once it get here. In the past I had a 94 EG hatch, RHD Integra so I was super excited when my wife said I can pull the trigger on the CTR. This will be my daily but I plan on making it a little faster so I can get to work on time. Lol

I ended up ordering one from Carvana and had one for the day. I found some issues with that particular one that was cosmetic so I returned it. However, i did get opportunity to drive it for a good duration.

Got the snow tires on their right now. MSW Type 25 rims and Toyo Observe GSI-6 18”. Planning not to drive it in the snow due to the salt. Took its toll on a couple other cars I had with rusted brake lines and power steering lines. Tucked away right now under a factory cover and tarp and will come out to play on nice days!
